Must have a clean driving record, valid driver’s license and comfortable driving cargo vans and mini vans. When traveling, all gear and production supplies should be packed in a safe and secure manner. The Field PAs will be responsible for driving, refueling, loading/unloading and keeping all production vehicles clean and organized. They are also responsible for taking lunch orders from the crew, ordering the meal and having it ready to serve in time for the scheduled meal breaks. The Field PAs are responsible to keep all craft services properly stocked on set. The Field PAs will also ensure the Daily Clearance Report is complete and delivered to the Clearance Department. After every shoot day, the Field PAs will collect all signed releases and corresponding photos to bring back to the production office. The Field PAs will assist in securing signed appearance, location and material releases. Will be responsible for driving crew vans, ordering and picking-up crew meals, and tracking receipts.įield PAs are responsible for assisting the field team with all aspects of the shoot and supporting the field team.
